I have over 10 years of experience in the computer technology field.

I began my career at the Seminole State College helpdesk learning desktop support and server administration. Throughout my 4 year employment I attended courses to obtain my AS degree in Computer Information Cisco technology. I received my degree in December of 2007 with a GPA of 3.7. During this time I also began Virtual PC Repair LLC and have been maintaining home networks and businesses since 2005.

From 2008 until 2011 I was employed with Coleman Technologies/Presidio as a Network Operations Center Technician which exposed me to advanced Cisco VOIP equipment and complex network solutions. I excelled within the CTI/Presidio Corporation and accepted positions of responsibility as an FCRC lead and maintained their SMARTnet Automation Project until 2011. I have also worked as a contractor under Virtual PC Repair for various companies on project based assignments and multiple home and small businesses.

In 2015 I enrolled fulltime in Seminole State College again to complete a degree in Web Developement which I recently graduated with a 4.0 GPA and am now ready to begin my career in the Web Development field.

I enjoy working with the public as well as troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and complex system issues. I excel in the engineering field because I truly find the Information Technology field challenging and rewarding.
